Help get Graduates onto bus at Moody. Help students off bus safely at WHS.

Medical Experience Needed - RN/LVN/MD, etc

Help take down all decorations in all areas, box any extra supplies and take to PG Closet

Help clean up locker room after Student Check out. Take any Lost & Found items to Front Office

Help clean up and carry all stuff to PG Closet.

Pick up from specified restaurant and bring to WHS at Chap Court entrance.

Receive food from volunteers, set up food on tables, store extras (Lee's & Marye's will be placed in cafeteria bays)

Place Bottled water & ice in coolers; deliver Gatorade Water Jugs to Gym

Serve, fill waters / drinks, consolidate tables as food diminishes. Begin clean up.

Serve. Consolidate all food together. 1:30am clean up and take all clean supplies to PG Closet. All left over food needs to be taken to Teachers Lounge

Restock food and drinks throughout night & every hour, take snack cart around to all vendors and volunteers (especially in Casino) Help clean up at the end of the night before leave.

Help direct students to each artist as they become available. At end of night, box up any supplies and take to PG Closet.

Help us run the Dodgeball Tournament in the Competition Gym! At end of night, box up any supplies and take to PG Closet. Help clean up at the end of the night before leave. **REFS** must stay the ENTIRE time: be part official, part entertainer, keep games FAIR & on schedule. Costumes, crowd-hyping, and a little silliness are strongly encouraged!
